We are currently recruiting for a well-respected manufacturing business in the Rugby area. The site is modern and clean and they are looking to expand their small yet efficient warehouse team. This is a role where you will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory records on site.
Duties will include:
- Preparing and updating inventory records
- Locating and counting items
- Complete stock location audits
- Recognise discrepancies
- Troubleshooting and solution management
- Working with accounts payable to assist with receiving
- Step in team leader for the warehouse team & generic warehouse duties as and when required
- Operating MHE onsite - Counterbalance and Reach Truck
All you need to be considered is:
- Counterbalance and Reach truck experience and proof of training essential
- Experience in warehouse picking and stock control
- Computer literacy - WMS, ERP and Microsoft packages
- Leadership experience desired
- Flexible worker - ability to help out in different departments
- Proactive and able to work to your own initiative
- A great attitude and be a team player
