Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to work for a leading Financial Services company based in London. This role will lead the company's 1st Line Quality Assurance Team.

The role includes:

  • Leading the Quality Assurance team to achieve objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality assurance procedures and standards.
  • Actively challenging processes across the Group to drive continuous operational improvement.
  • Designing and delivering regular training for business teams.
  • Ensuring effective communication between 1st and 2nd lines.

Salary - £50,000

Location - London

Hybrid working.
