Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager to work for a leading Financial Services company based in London. This role will lead the company's 1st Line Quality Assurance Team.
The role includes:
- Leading the Quality Assurance team to achieve objectives.
- Developing and maintaining high-quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Actively challenging processes across the Group to drive continuous operational improvement.
- Designing and delivering regular training for business teams.
