A senior delivery role working inside a Tier 1 contractor’s team, leading RIBA Stages 4–5 on high-profile commercial office fit-out projects. You’ll act as the practice’s on-site representative, safeguarding design intent through construction.

The Role

• Lead technical delivery across RIBA Stages 4–5
• Act as day-to-day liaison between contractor and studio
• Coordinate drawings, specs and construction information
• Resolve technical queries quickly and confidently
• Monitor quality, compliance and buildability on site
• Represent the practice professionally in a fast-paced setting

What You’ll Need

• Senior Architect experience in commercial office fit-out
• Strong construction knowledge and technical detailing
• Proven Stage 4–5 delivery expertise
• Confident, autonomous decision-maker
• Comfortable working within a Tier 1 contractor environment
• Personable and collaborative approach
