IntSol Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Bus Drivers for rail replacement work near Southend on Sea. This flexible opportunity allows you to work as much or as little as you like, without committing to a fixed schedule. Whether you prefer weekend work or specific days, this role offers freedom and competitive pay rates.
Successful candidates will have prior Double Decker bus driving experience within London and hold a current PCV and CPC license.
Rail Replacement Driver Highlights:- Immediate Start
- Weekend Work available
- Flexible shifts – work as many hours as you wish
- Cover both Overground and Underground line routes
- Holiday pay entitlement included
PAYE:
- Weekday: £16.20 per hour
- Weekend: £17.20 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £18.50 per hour
PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday:
- Weekday: £18.16 per hour
- Weekend: £19.28 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £20.73 per hour
Umbrella Assignment Rate:
- Weekday: £21.00 per hour
- Weekend: £22.30 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £23.98 per hour
- Valid UK PCV driving license
- Valid CPC qualification
- No more than 6 penalty points (No TT99, DR10s, or CDs)
- Minimum of two years’ bus driving experience
- At least one year London Double Decker Bus driving experience
- Confident in learning routes using maps and videos
- Must have availability on weekends
- Knowledge of London routes (preferred)
- Must live within a commutable distance
