The Business Transformation Specialist is responsible for driving and supporting strategic change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimise processes, and support sustainable business growth. This role acts as a catalyst for transformation, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyse current practices, develop improvement strategies, and implement solutions that align with the organisation’s long-term goals.
The Specialist will conduct strategic analysis and planning, define transformation goals, and develop roadmaps for implementation. They will lead transformation projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met, and facilitate effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. Additionally, the role involves performance improvement through data analysis and benchmarking, as well as clear communication and reporting to executive leadership.
