Product Owner – Marketing domain + Finance – seasoned professional – should be able to work with business and tech
Strong resource with deep know how of marketing domain. Will own a digital platform and responsible to work with business and tech. Our client is building a tech team for this. This product owner will join client digital marketing business unit.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and market needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, finance departments, and technical teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the needs of the business and the technical feasibility.
- Agile Practices: Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective product development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure product initiatives are financially viable and align with budgetary constraints.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring that product features deliver a seamless and valuable user experience.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.
- Innovation: Drive innovation by staying up to date with industry trends and incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the product development process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s/master’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
