Are you an enthusiastic and approachable Team Leader with a passion for supporting people and keen to make a positive difference? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Team Leader to join our teambased in Wakefield on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. This fantastic shift pattern does include some weekend work but with just 3 shifts per week, it allows for an excellent work-life balance! You will also be included on the on-call rota.
