They are growing and need more help in their customer service team. Your main role is to ensure our clients’ customers enjoy a smooth travel experience. You'll handle post-booking questions, assist with changes, and keep plans updated. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service and maintaining our client's high standards.
Customer Service and Administration Specialist – What will I be doing?
- Address post-booking inquiries promptly and effectively, serving as the main contact for customer issues.
- Enter bookings accurately and update files as needed.

This role is hybrid in Hertfordshire 2 days a week. You will be working Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30pm. The team are friendly, the environment is fast paced, and the product is exciting.
