We’re working with a leading aerospace company in Redditch that specialises in the assembly of high-precision titanium components. This role offers a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking organisation with a focus on quality and innovation. As a Skilled Assembler, you’ll play a key role in producing titanium assemblies using advanced torque and angle equipment. You’ll work from detailed instructions, drawings, and SOPs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Using powered DC hand tools (preferably torque and angle DC tooling) to assemble components. Reading and working from technical drawings and instructions. Managing stock and inventory control effectively. Ensuring all work adheres to strict quality and traceability standards. Contributing to a production environment driven by SQDCP principles. What We’re Looking For: 2-5 years of experience in an assembly role, ideally within aerospace or automotive sectors. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and SOPs.
