The Role: We are seeking an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to manage all operational aspects of the surfacing contract, including programming, resourcing, and cost control. To ensure all operations on site fully comply with all health, safety, environment, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health & Safety – Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, conduct safety briefings, and proactively manage site safety.
- Quality & Compliance – Oversee works to ensure accuracy, correct material usage, and adherence to industry standards.
- Operational Management – Supervise teams, maintain accurate site records, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Cost & Commercial Control – Support budgeting, cost tracking, and timely submission of valuations and records.
- Innovation & Development – Embrace digital tools, mentor new starters, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
