Producer - Gaming

I have partnered with one of the world\’s biggest beauty brands to support on a 3-6 month contract within their gaming department.

Responsibilities

· You will produce, schedule and create content for the gaming department on the Twitch Gaming channels

· You will also lead on creative ideation for the platforms

· Manage and maintain the production of the Gaming Channels

· Support on management of Gaming Channels growth

· Manage day to day of our Twitch channel

· Maintain a high level of knowledge across the Gaming, Entertainment, and Digital industry, as well as tools and technologies

· Support the gaming strategy as part of the overall business strategy

· Responsible for channel budgetary management

· Create monthly and weekly stream reports to track growth

This role is a critical driver of commercial opportunity and supports the overall company vision of growing Gaming as an industry synonymous with Beauty Tech.

· An avid Gamer/gaming enthusiast

· Pop culture enthusiast

· Outgoing, social networker with substantial contacts within Gaming Community

· Has experience with working with and managing creative talent

· Has knowledge of, and uses Twitch, TikTok & Discord

· Expert knowledge of the Gaming ecosystem, including the integration of Digital Products, in game purchases, and advertising and marketing in games, gaming events, and the wider gaming ecosystem

· Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence internal and external decision makers

· Experienced in Project management

· Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking

· Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Good with documenting and reporting

· Ability to win the support of senior stakeholders

· +5 years experience in Production

· Pro-active attitude and an eagerness to learn quickly, contribute to company strategy and build the vision

· Proactive, motivated, and ready to lead independently when required
