Assured Safety Recruitment are partnering with large UK manufacturing group to recruit a Safety, Health and Environment Advisor for their production facility in London (SW11). The Safety, Health and Environment Advisor will lead the SHE agenda locally across site, implementing new group Safety and Health initiatives. The SHE Advisor will work closely with the Site Leadership Team and also the wider UK Safety, Health and Environment Team. The Group are committed to Safety, Health and Environment and are seeking a SHE Advisor to advocate and drive Safety, Health and Environment to new levels. The role is both a strategic and hands on, leading initiatives focusing on safety cultures and behaviours, engaging, and educating, having real conversations as well as advocating for Safety, Health and Environment at management level. We welcome applicants with the Nebosh Certificate as a minimum, with previous experience operational SHE experience in a manufacturing setting, leading practical initiatives that empower and encourage engagement.
