We are partnering with a growing MGA who are looking for a highly experienced Processing Technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and convert insurance submission data into contract documents
  • Ensure accurate and compliant processing of risk data into internal systems
  • Review and prepare contract documentation to ensure format and compliance before submission
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to internal SLAs and regulatory standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in processing MRC slips in a back-office insurance environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working with high volumes of documentation under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with systems such as Global XB, PPL, Brokersure
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced underwriting support or processing role
