Job Description

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns to offer flexible working options. Late and weekend work are required, but we aim to accommodate your preferences where possible.

As a service colleague, you will work across multiple departments to ensure smooth store operations. Your duties may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking for home deliveries, or replenishing shelves. We prioritize excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and \’extra special\’ products. Our team works together to maximize sales and enhance the online shopping experience.

You are friendly, proactive, and eager to learn new skills across departments. You care about providing a great shopping experience, assisting customers in finding what they need, and engaging in friendly conversations along the way.
