Planning Director

Vantage is a global leader in data center development, delivering high-performance and sustainable infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a Planning Director for EMEA to oversee project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for our large-scale data center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage master schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, construction, procurement) and external partners (contractors, vendors, consultants) to align project timelines
• Mentor and develop a team of schedulers/planners to enhance scheduling practices.
• Lead schedule-related discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum.
• Provide real-time updates, forecasts, and risk reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) to track progress and optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• P6 experience
• Expertise in scheduling software and critical path management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
