Job Title: Product Delivery Manager (EV Charging) Location: South East (UK) HQ Hybrid Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 per annum + bonus/benefits About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the end-to-end delivery of ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) and white-label EV charging products. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality, customised solutions are delivered to our clients, driving innovation in the rapidly growing EV charging sector. As the Product Delivery Manager, you will manage a small team of two and play a key role in pre-sales, technical scoping, and project execution. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, make informed project and product decisions, and bridge customer requirements with R&D efforts. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the delivery process from pre-sales discussions to post-implementation, ensuring all customer requirements are met on time and within budget. Technical Leadership: Leverage your deep technical knowledge to scope and define product specifications, collaborating closely with R&D to address client-specific needs. Customer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Team Management: Lead and support a team of two, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Strategic Decision-Making: Independently make project and product decisions, prioritising tasks and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer goals. Collaboration with R&D: Push critical customer requirements to R&D teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with broader product strategies. Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows, driving efficiency and innovation. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in project management, ideally within the EV charging or related sectors. Strong technical background, with an understanding of EV Charging product development processes. Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality solutions. Experience leading small teams, with excellent leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Familiarity with R&D processes and the ability to align customer needs with technical development efforts. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
