From Lochee to Broughty Ferry and as far as Montrose, we've built a strong reputation across Dundee, Angus and Tayside for being reliable, responsive, and genuinely good to work with. We're growing and looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team - someone who's organised, people-focused, and up for a fast-paced, varied role.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - whether you're placing a driver for a same-day shift in the city or helping a local business plan ahead for a big week of deliveries. You'll be:
- Sourcing Candidates - using job boards, social media, and local networks
- Interviewing - chatting with candidates to find out what they're looking for and what they're great at
- Working with Local Businesses - getting to know our clients and helping them find the right people
- Admin & Systems - keeping our database up to date (accuracy matters!)
- Compliance - making sure everything we do is above board and audit-ready
What We're Looking For
You might come from recruitment, admin, customer service or sales - but really, we're looking for someone who's confident, switched on, and great with people. Here's what helps:
- Experience in a people-facing or admin role
- Friendly, clear communicator
- Organised and good at multitasking
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
