This delightful boutique agency works with a range of clients within the retail and destination marketing space to create fun and unforgettable experiences for high profile brands. With a workshop and scenic creative department as well as props and styling, they work with a wide network of talent UK wide to realise their visions. This can be a brand activation, seasonal events or well-being events for brands - all delivered with a sprinkle of magic!
This is a busy and rewarding event management role where you will manage each client brief from creative concept through to execution. From event planning to staffing, bringing in talent and performers through to working with internal departments from scenic to the warehouse, this role is end to end and will be super client facing. Budget management, upselling services and financial reconciliation are also part of the role.
We are looking for a mid-level Event Manager or Senior Event Coordinator who is keen to work on a range of creative and experiential event projects. Demonstrable experience in event planning, supplier management and budget management is key. This is an office based role with Fridays working from home, fantastic benefits and a lovely team with lots of reward and recognition and a great inclusive culture. You must have a client facing demeanour and love building client relationships.
