Factory Operative – Permanent Position 📍 Dudley | Rotational Shifts | Immediate Start Available BCS Connect are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Dudley for a Factory Operative to join their busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable employment with a well-established business. 💼 Responsibilities: * Assisting operators by removing cut metal parts from machine beds * Packing parts onto pallets/boxes ready for dispatch * General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe working environment * Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets ✅ Requirements: * Physical stamina and strength – this is a hands-on role * Good communication skills * Forklift Truck Licence (B1 – Mandatory) * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment ⏱ Rotational Shifts: AM Shift: * Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm * Friday: 6:00am–2:30pm * 💷 Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour PM Shift: * Monday–Thursday: 2:00pm–11:30pm * Friday: 2:00pm–6:00pm * 💷 Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour This is a permanent position offering great progression potential and a secure future for the right candidate.
