Job Description
We’re hiring Account Support team members to join our growing Proposals Team. This team plays a vital role in preparing and submitting customer applications for vehicle finance. This is a high-volume data entry role where you’ll work across both internal and external systems.
If you’re organised, detail-focused, and enjoy working in a structured environment, this could be the right fit for you. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and submit customer proposals to funders
- Maintain up-to-date and precise data within internal and external systems
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing
- Handle documents, emails, and records with consistency and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, internal and external systems (training provided)
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Previous admin or finance-related experience is helpful but not essential
