We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.</p>n<p><b>Salary: </b>£63,900+ (Commensurate with skills and experience)</p>n<p><b> </b></p>n<p><b> </b></p>n<p><b>What you’ll be doing: </b></p>n<p>Your main responsibilities will involve: </p>n<ul>n<li>Managing and inputting to strategic business plan (IBP) </li>n<li>Ensuring delivery of projects to time, cost and quality </li>n<li>Ensuring integration between projects across IT, Data, Facilities, Security and Cyber </li>n<li>Managing contractor and supplier relationships </li>n<li>Managing prioritisation of the portfolio and maintaining dependency management in cross-functional programme deliveries </li>n<li>Impacting re-prioritisation of project and their dependencies in the integrated portfolio </li>n<li>Stakeholder management and reporting of project delivery activities </li>n<li>Assurance of project governance and risk management </li>n</ul>n<p><b>Your skills and experiences: </b><b></b></p>n<p>Essential:</p>n<ul>n<li>Demonstrable experience in IT and Facilities Programme Management</li>n<li>Degree or HND in an IT related discipline, or equivalent experience </li>n<li>Experience of budget management</li>n<li>Stakeholder management experience at all levels</li>n<li>Previous experience of defining strategic IT solutions</li>n<li>Previous experience managing third party suppliers </li>n</ul>n<p>Desirable:</p>n<ul>n<li>Experience in cyber assurance and physical security</li>n<li>Managing campaigns and bids</li>n<li>Use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence</li>n</ul>n<p><b>Benefits:</b></p>n<p>As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.</p>n<p><b>The Digital, Technology, Data and Infrastructure (DTD&I) Team – FalconWorks:</b></p>n<p>An exciting and unique opportunity for a Capability Delivery Manager has arisen to join the DTD&I management team in the FalconWorks line of business. </p>n<p>As a Capability Delivery Manager, you will be reporting to the DTD&I Service Delivery Unit (SDU) Business Partner and managing a team of Project Managers whilst also working with Project Managers across the broader DTD&I SDU. You will work closely with FalconWorks Capability Planning Manager to identify and shape future needs of the business. This includes working with Entities within the FalconWorks business.</p>n<p>This role is required to manage the portfolio of Information Management and Technology (IM&T) and Facilities Infrastructure Projects within DTD&I across the FalconWorks line of business and will provide you with the opportunity to work in a high-profile area, offering the opportunity to influence and cultivate the way we work. </p>n<p>The successful candidate will be a confident, forward thinking, proactive self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
