QLM Search is partnering with a leading food manufacturer as they undergo a major post-acquisition integration, embedding a newly acquired production site into their existing operational and governance model. As part of this, they are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to oversee the structured integration of workflows, systems (SAP), and teams without compromising production uptime or operational continuity. This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth, well-governed integration while maintaining business performance on the ground.

As PMO Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to embed the newly acquired plant operations into the group’s operating model. You’ll manage the integration workflow across supply chain, planning, finance, systems, and HR, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations and sustained production output.

Key Responsibilities Include:
