Ready to join the crew? Step into your next role and tell us why you should be our new Finance Administrator at Jimmy’s Iced Coffee. This is a part-time, office-based role at our office in Christchurch, Dorset. Perfect opportunity for a college/university leaver to gain experience in a varied role.
Who are we? Introducing Jimmy’s Iced Coffee - the world of high-quality Rainforest Alliance certified coffee, endlessly recyclable packaging and to top it off, we’re a B Corp. Seeking world domination in the ready-to-drink Iced Coffee industry, our coffee can be found in major retailers including Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons and more.
The Job: This role is a part-time, temporary position working 3 days a week for 6 months. There may be the possibility of an extension or permanent placement depending on business need. You will join our Finance Team supporting with a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Completing financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Tracking online sales reports/postings
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
- Credit control
- Processing employee expenses via our Expend system
- Supporting the Finance Assistant and Operations Assistant with admin tasks
Who do we want? First and foremost, we want people who are committed to our ethos and will live and breathe our brand culture. You will be eager to get involved and crave to put your stamp on the business. Our ideal candidate will:
- Have an understanding of multiple processes within a complete finance function
- Be a proactive and motivated person
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Be system savvy with strong IT skills with excel and finance systems (Sage 200 experience preferred)
- Preferably have previous experience in a similar role
- Be educated to minimum A-Level standard.

- Salary £25,500-27,000 FTE depending on experience
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing 1 day with each year of service (FTE)
