What you\’ll do

  • Own and enhance the firm’s data protection processes, including ROPA, DPIAs, and breach management.
  • Lead compliance efforts, staying ahead of global privacy regulations.
  • Define and implement record retention and data deletion standards.
  • Partner with legal, security, and technology teams to embed privacy by design.
  • Manage and develop a Privacy Analyst, ensuring high DP standards.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring data privacy aligns with business objectives.

What you’ll bring:

  • A senior data protection/privacy professional with hands-on leadership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, DPA, etc.), IT infrastructure, and data lifecycle management.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrable ability to win hearts and minds on privacy!
