Mode Search is currently supporting a fast-growing luxury fashion and accessories brand in the search for a Wholesale Manager to join their UK team. This is a pivotal role within a thriving business that is significantly expanding. This London-based position reports directly to the UK Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team of 6. The role is not managerial in nature and will focus on individual account responsibility. The team works from the office five days a week, unless travelling for client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with leading UK department stores
- Drive sales performance and meet key commercial targets across key wholesale partners
- Analyse seasonal and ongoing sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Advise accounts on product assortment and ensure best-in-class product presentation
- Collaborate internally with category and merchandising teams to support product planning
- Maintain and update backend systems and account data accurately
- Contribute to direct-to-door sales strategies through regular follow-ups and tailored initiatives
- Support the rollout of new product lines, particularly within the expanding ready-to-wear category
- Build and implement account-specific growth plans in line with brand strategy
Requirements
- Previous experience managing major UK department store accounts
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate insights into action
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A flexible, proactive attitude and a collaborative team spirit
- Background in fashion, accessories or lifestyle sectors is preferred but not essential
