What You'll Do:

  • Develop and lead YouTube content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences.
  • Analyse YouTube performance data to identify trends, optimise video content, and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with producers, editors, and creators to brainstorm and shape high-performing video formats.
  • Guide the creative direction of thumbnails, titles, and metadata to maximise click-through and watch time.
  • Keep a pulse on YouTube culture, algorithm shifts, emerging formats, and competitor strategies.
  • Present actionable insights and creative recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or digital video production (YouTube-specific preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, algorithm, and audience behavior.
  • A creative storyteller with a keen eye for what makes content clickable, watchable, and shareable.
  • Skilled at interpreting data and turning it into compelling creative decisions.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or in a branded content environment a big plus.
