OVERVIEW

The Leadership Development Program is designed to be a highly visible experience. Through a hands-on approach, you will learn various parts of our business and gain technical knowledge of our converting operations. Graphic Packaging interns are assigned a mentor and have opportunities to network with other colleagues and team members in the organization. During your time in the program, you will lead individual and team projects and have an opportunity to make in-person presentations. At Graphic Packaging, your creative ideas and diverse inputs are what keeps us growing. Our Vision 2030 will deliver sustainable solutions to the best customers in the best markets. REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Recently graduated from university.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Eager to continuously learn and develop.
