OVERVIEW

The Leadership Development Program is designed to be a highly visible experience. Through a hands-on approach, you will learn various parts of our business and gain technical knowledge of our converting operations. Graphic Packaging interns are assigned a mentor and have opportunities to network with other colleagues and team members in the organization. During your time in the program, you will lead individual and team projects and have an opportunity to make in-person presentations. • Recently graduated from university.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Comfortable working in heavy manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION:

Masters Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, Food science or Food chemistry.
