We’re recruiting for a skilled marketing leader in the B2B events space, ideally someone who is ready to take ownership of strategy and manage a team. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking events company known for delivering industry-defining conferences, exhibitions, and summits across a wide range of sectors.
You’ll lead multichannel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of high-profile events, working closely with internal teams to deliver against both commercial and visitor growth targets. This is a strategic role for an ambitious Marketing Manager or experienced Senior Marketing Manager looking to make a bigger impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and successfully execute the marketing campaign strategy across all marketing channels to drive revenue and visitor targets across events
- Set and report marketing targets
- Be responsible for marketing budgets and forecasted budgets for future events
- Collaborate with the Digital team on a digital & data growth strategy
- Oversee the production of all marketing comms across email, social, PPC and the website
- Report directly to the Head of Marketing
Requirements
- Over four years of hands-on experience in B2B event marketing, with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns and driving brand visibility
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Comprehensive experience in budget ownership
- Strategically minded with a tactical edge
- Skilled in data-driven reporting and analysis, leveraging insights to evaluate campaign performance, inform decision-making, and optimize future event strategies.
