Our Manchester office is looking to welcome a Team Manager to their education team. This will be a billing team manager role, and you will be playing a key role in driving and supporting consultants within the education teams covering the Manchester area. Our office is based down Deansgate.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and supporting the current team
  • Managing and billing a desk within education
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client/candidate relationships
  • Strategically managing existing accounts
  • Attending education events

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in Recruitment ideally in the education sector
  • Evidence of strong personal billings
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Display a business partnering approach
  • Experience in coaching and developing a team of recruiters
  • Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
  • Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
