Our Manchester office is looking to welcome a Team Manager to their education team. This will be a billing team manager role, and you will be playing a key role in driving and supporting consultants within the education teams covering the Manchester area. Our office is based down Deansgate.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and supporting the current team
- Managing and billing a desk within education
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client/candidate relationships
- Strategically managing existing accounts
- Attending education events
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in Recruitment ideally in the education sector
- Evidence of strong personal billings
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Display a business partnering approach
- Experience in coaching and developing a team of recruiters
- Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
- Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
