My client is a well-known bank with a global footprint looking for a finance lawyer to join their loans & portfolio management team. This team works closely with both the investment and corporate banking arms of the client bank and supports on large scale projects that can be in the £100's of millions in value.
They are looking for a really strong finance lawyer with strong exposure to project finance, leverage finance, corporate finance etc. The head of the team is looking for someone with demonstrable experience of supporting large scale projects in this space.
The team is spread across a few of their offices and this would require you to get into their Manchester office 3 days a week. It's a team of reasonably senior VP's and you need to be comfortable working with senior stakeholders on large scale projects.
It's a great bank and a great team to join who I have worked with for years. They are replacing someone who has moved internally and looking to move asap. Whilst in-house experience would be helpful they are very happy to look at someone moving straight out of a law firm.
Please submit your CV ASAP for consideration.
