We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the reception team at this fantastic, independently owned group of brasseries & larders serving modern British food with a real focus on seasonal produce from around the UK. You must have experience in a high volume, busy restaurant as a reception and reservation manager and live in West London.

The Place
Our client is an independently owned rapidly growing company with several restaurants, pantries & stores with a reputation of culinary excellence. You have the opportunity to work in a company voted highly in the top best hospitality place to work by Caterer & a modern British restaurant recently nominated for Catey's restaurant of the year award. The venue itself is located with beautiful river views with an outdoor terrace, with 150 diners per service which increases in summer months. This group is Rosette standard within a beautiful yet casual setting.
The Person
The ideal Reservations Manager will have the following:
- Knowledge of SevenRooms or similar booking systems
- Ideally have experience with private dining rooms
- Experience in table management & table planning
- Experience in high volume restaurants
- Personable
- 2 years experience in similar restaurant leading a front desk team
- Can do attitude & team player
- Confidence to run the bookings
- Organised and focused
- Must have experience in high volume busy restaurants
- Must live in West London
