The Role:
- Actively headhunting candidates across Scandinavia & DACH regions for clients in the Technology, Life Sciences, Energy, and Data Centres.
- Managing the entire recruitment process.
- Negotiating with senior level stakeholders.
- Flying out to win business and conduct business trips with clients and candidates in your portfolio.
- Getting involved in the strategy and overall direction of the business within your sector.
- Developing and helping to establish new markets, offices, and industries for the business.
- Developing through one-on-one mentoring.
- Developing through bespoke external training programmes with senior level executives and NEDs.
- Coming up with new initiatives that could benefit the business.
The Requirements:
- Degree preferred.
- Sales experience.
- A hardworking, resilient, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Fluency in English; German and French is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ambition, the ability to self-start, and a strong competitive nature.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
