As a Finance Admin Assistant you will play a vital role within the Finance and other back of house departments ensuring the smooth financial functioning of the Hotel. From processing sales ledger invoices to chasing payments and creating invoices for our valued clients. You’ll also have an opportunity to support with month-end reporting, all while maintaining strict adherence to financial and client deadlines.

This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week on site - Flexible Monday to Friday.

To be successful as a Finance Admin Assistant you will have:

  • Previous experience in finance or administrative role is preferable.
  • An interest in the hospitality and events industry and the ability to deliver high standards of service.
  • The ability to work effectively with numbers and communicate with others both from within the Hotel and external clients.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and in particular Microsoft Excel. While experience with accounting software & Opera is desirable, it is not essential – we value your ability to adapt and learn.
