The Role: The Food and Beverage Coordinator will ensure support in handling guest queries for restaurant reservations & group bookings, maintaining effective communication between various departments, with responsibility for reconciliation of various 3rd party platforms and maintaining paymasters. Moreover, the Food and Beverage Coordinator will be coordinating restaurant reservations, efficiently managing restaurant reservations while ensuring optimal booking availability, staying attentive to prevent overbooking, and maintaining a seamless dining experience for all guests, coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of operations in the restaurant.
