RF Warfare Engineer

Join a fast-growing Electromagnetic Warfare group, driving innovation in RF Electronic Warfare. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful integration of RF payloads into advanced Defence systems.

We are looking for individuals with experience in system design, requirements engineering, or supplier management, where you’ll be the driving force connecting internal teams and suppliers, shaping requirements, and ensuring seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the interface between internal design teams and external suppliers, ensuring requirements are met.
• Translate system design requirements into delivered products, working closely with design authorities.
• Manage suppliers throughout the product lifecycle, from specification to integration.
• Oversee the transition of development hardware into production, including qualification testing.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the procurement and technical oversight of RF payloads and associated systems.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with RF Electronic Support/Attack Systems and platform integration.
• Strong understanding of RF and electronic systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into delivered solutions.
• Supplier management experience, ensuring successful procurement and integration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• System design experience, including requirements management and verification.
• Proficiency in DOORS.
