Assistant Restaurant Manager required for a high-end restaurant in the Lake District. This is an award-winning establishment offering a live-in position with a salary of £32,000 plus £3-4k in tips/service (total package around £36k).
The role involves supporting the restaurant manager in the smooth running of the fine dining restaurant. You will ensure the tables look fantastic and are ready for service, greet guests upon arrival, and take on some responsibilities from the restaurant manager to ensure the service runs smoothly. This role will include all the normal duties expected from an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Experience: We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a fine dining background, ideally within rosette restaurants. You should be customer-focused and service-driven.
