Live-in Caretaker in a beautiful 1930's mansion

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm), Saturday (9am - 12pm)
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and dependable Live-in Caretaker to take charge of the day-to-day running of a stunning 1930s mansion block in the heart of North West London. This is a vital, hands-on role where you'll ensure the building remains clean, safe, and well-maintained, while also acting as a friendly point of contact for residents and contractors. The position includes on-site accommodation within the building, which comprises approximately 40 private apartments.
What We Offer:

What You Will Do:
- Oversee the daily maintenance of the property, ensuring all areas are clean, secure, and in good working order.
- Ensure the property is secure at all times, including locking up at night and conducting regular checks.
- Provide assistance to residents by acting as a point of contact for general inquiries or issues.
- Liaising with external contractors for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency callouts.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance tasks, incidents, and visitor access.
- Be on-call for emergency situations (e.g. water leaks, power outages).
