The role of Head of Sales is a full time London based position. The company operates a hybrid working pattern, with 2-3 days a week in the office required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team, defining sales plans and strategies for growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients
Work to develop optimal sales cadences based on clients needs and products/services offered
Assess opportunities for new market and product offerings and present this to senior leadership
Work closely with marketing and events teams to ensure optimal positioning and delivery of sales activity
Have responsibility for sales revenue and accurately forecast future deals based on pipeline
Experience Required:
Must have significant experience in sales leader/manager role and a focus on selling in to financial services clients
You will ideally have experience in one of the following sectors:
Media/Publishing, Events/Conferences, Business Information/Intelligence, Technology or a leading Trade Association.
Be able to show how you us clear sales methodologies in a consultative sales environment to build and forecast pipeline activity
Demonstrate a clear ability to work closely with marketing and events teams to produce optimal customer outcomes
This role is paying c.£75k plus commission/bonus
