Randstad UK are currently hiring for an Employee Relations Partner to join our ER team based hybrid from Luton. In this role you will manage a wide range of employee relation and performance cases, advising and coaching managers on best practices, enabling preventative action, supporting the growth of our ER team and working closely with the Head of Employee Relations on improving and enhancing our capability.
What you will do:
- Be the go-to resource for managing a wide range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and complex cases like TUPE and redundancy.
- Ensure that all employees are treated fairly and that our policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Coach managers and employees on best practices, building their capability and confidence in handling employee relations matters.
- Actively stay up-to-date on the latest legal developments and share your knowledge with the team, driving continuous improvement.
- Use your expertise to analyze trends and data, identifying areas for improvement and proactively shaping our employee relations strategy.
