We’re looking for someone who speaks Google as their second language. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns for our clients. Working closely with our digital team – as part of a wider creative agency that includes SEO, account management, creative, PR and social teams – to ensure our campaigns meet performance goals and deliver strong ROI.

Your role:

  • Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvements
  • Assist in reporting and providing insights on campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for ads
  • Support with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio for enhanced tracking and reporting
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and Google Ads features

Your skills:

  • At least 1 year working in PPC, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, including search, display and shopping campaigns
  • Experience with GA4 for tracking and analytics
  • Strong analytic skills with attention-to-detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio a bonus
