Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultants for the Data / Tech Desk - Perm and Interim. My client is looking to increase the headcount on their permanent and interim Data / Technology resourcing desks to keep up with tremendous growth in this area.

We are looking for experienced 360 recruiters with great tech/data knowledge and an understanding of the future implications for current and future technologies being adopted by tier 1 Banks, Private Equity, the financial services industry, large commercial and legal sectors. The opportunities and rewards are superb.

Work with one of London’s brightest and smartest recruitment agencies with a focus on roles within data: data science, ML/AI, data engineering, data transformation, data migration, and associated technologies. Applications are encouraged from senior recruiters with technology/data migration experience for clients involved in Private Equity/M&A.

My client is a leading City specialist recruitment consultancy, facilitating permanent and interim solutions across the UK and North America since their inception in 2010. With a team now exceeding 60 professionals, their focus remains on building enduring relationships through consistent delivery and a customer-centric approach.

Key Information:
  • Days in the office - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (not negotiable)
  • Salary = Senior to £45K+ - Principal to £55K+ negotiable + great commission incentives

The ideal candidates will have 3+ years in technology recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. They should have excellent organizational skills, drive, and enthusiasm in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates.
