Our client, a leading and national business in their field is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team. Due to growth our client is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their team, where you will be supporting the Head of Resourcing with attracting talent to the business, supporting with screening CVs, shortlisting applications, arranging and conducting interviews and supporting with all administrative tasks surrounding the recruitment process. This is the ideal role for someone with recruitment or HR experience, either from an internal role or an Agency, who is confident liaising with clients and candidates of all levels, completing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with stakeholders and managers across the organization
- Screen applications, shortlisting suitable candidates in line with job specifications and criteria
- Support internal teams with interviews when required
- Update and maintain internal systems, tracking applicants and updating details
- Create engaging recruitment job ads
- Liaise with recruitment agencies on a regular basis, building longstanding relationships
- Liaise with candidates over the phone, qualifying experience and making arrangements for interviews
Key Experience:
- Previous experience in either an HR or Recruitment-related role, either in-house or Agency
- Experience screening and shortlisting CVs
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff members across the business
- Strong administrative experience, able to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Excellent communication skills, confident reviewing candidate experience and questioning experience where necessary
