Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join the operations team in Wrexham. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will manage a team of warehouse operatives and ensure productivity levels are met while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse operatives, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth order fulfilment.
- Manage the picking, packing, and dispatch processes, ensuring that customer requirements and deadlines are consistently met.

Key Requirements:
