We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of a residential apartment scheme in Manchester. This is a freelance role for approx 12 weeks.
The ideal candidate will ensure all finishing works are completed to the highest standards, on schedule, and in line with project specifications. This includes overseeing the first floor reception and communal areas, ensuring they meet premium quality and design standards.
Key Responsibilities:
