An opportunity to join a dynamic and leading London Market insurance group as a Data Programme Manager, working alongside the Data Portfolio Manager to deliver exciting data initiatives. As the Programme Manager you will be leading data-driven IT projects within the function. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with the technical data teams and c-suite level business stakeholders. This is the perfect role for a Project Manager, currently working in a programme capacity looking to take the next step in their career.
About the role:
- Work as part of a collaborative team in the Group Data Function.
- Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously with a global scope.
- Provide and present comprehensive strategic reports to c-suite level stakeholders, drawing strategic insights from technical data.
- End to end delivery of Data Technology Projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring project delivery remains on track.
Experience Required:
- Insurance experience is required.
- Experience working with insurance stakeholders: Underwriters, Brokers, Claims teams etc.
- Experience delivering large scale Data Projects: Databricks, Data & Analytics, Data Lakes & Cloud.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: working with c-suite level business and technical people.
- Desire to work as part of a collaborative team with a global scope.
Working Model: 2-3 days in the office
