Our client is looking for a Graduate Medical Account Manager to join their internal sales team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role based at their head office in Watford 3-4 days per week, with the rest from home.
As a Graduate Medical Account Manager, you will work with new and existing clients by building meaningful relationships, providing amazing product knowledge, handling objections, and ensuring they have delivered the best possible outcomes for their customers.
For your dedication and commitment, you will receive a generous starting salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, along with a compelling bonus scheme!
Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Account Manager
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
- Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
- Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
- Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Account Manager
- Develop new sales opportunities using various methods such as calling, emailing and virtual meetings.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs, requirements to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Answer questions, objections, and concerns to ensure clients have all the information they require to make an informed decision.
- Explain, demonstrate, and pitch the product/services features and benefits.
- Run reports and information on customers to target.
- Update our CRM HubSpot.
- Keep up to date with product and service information from competitors and the industry.
- Upsell and cross sell products and services.
