We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team in a nursing home in Southport. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred care to elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting residents with mobility, meals, and general daily tasks
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or wellbeing
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
  • Working collaboratively with other care staff to ensure high standards of care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months UK experience in a healthcare or care home setting (essential)
  • A caring, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across 7 days, including weekends
  • Preferably a driver due to hours
