Zest4Talent are recruiting a National Account Manager for a growing company providing a service solution in the environmental services sector. You will be working from home but for access to major accounts your ideal location will be in the Midlands. A basic salary of £40k - £50k is on offer with an on target OTE of £80-90k uncapped. Company car allowance is offered - level negotiable.
You will have previous experience of sales and managing national accounts with a proven track record of sales retention and growth. To fit in within the existing team you will have a strong sense of commercial acumen with a professional approach in all forms of communication to external and internal stakeholders. A strategic thinker, you will have a logical and pragmatic approach to finding solutions. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential with the ability to communicate effectively to C-level.
The National Account Manager’s key responsibilities will be:
- Reporting to the Head of National Accounts
- Building strong relationships with the existing national accounts portfolio and ensure any operational issues are resolved
- Liaising with internal stakeholders; Internal sales, Customer Care and Operations
- Maximising the sales opportunities to expand the existing national accounts portfolio and exploring avenues to upsell and increase profitability and business share
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer experience to ensure client retention and contract renewal.
