Our client, a specialist nursing home for adults with neurological conditions, is looking for an experienced Chef to join their team. This role involves preparing nutritious and appetizing meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences, creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience., * Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook meals in line with prescribed menus and recipes, ensuring nutritional balance and variety.

  • Special Dietary Needs: Cater to individual dietary requirements, including allergies, intolerances, and texture-modified meals.

  • Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food hygiene and safety regulations, including COSHH, Health & Safety, and HACCP standards.
