We are looking to hire an experienced baker to join our team and and support our existing bakery operations. We specialise in organic sourdough with German and Polish influences. Main responsibilities is to oversee and maintain ongoing production of our pastry section and all viennoiserie and maintaining quality products, following recipes and working bakery staff, and ensuring that orders for speciality cakes are completed on time. You will be flexible on ays you work as well as times. We will aim to create a rota that mutual suits you and the bakery and flexible for the right person.
